As Interim VP of Strategic Planning Ian's current mission is the evolution of Original BK's events and festival brands (Brooklyn Glows, Koncrete Jungle, NYC Ravers) from a national to Global force through unique and exciting cross promotional brand partnerships and an interactive social media presence. Founding team member of a newly created business vertical catering exclusively to large hospital systems including Continuum Health Partners, NYC HHC, Mount Sinai Medical Center, Visiting Nurse service of NY, and Cancer Treatment Centers of America.Oversight of inhouse customization of scripting software based on Amtelco's Intelligent Series (IS) platform which resulted in improved analytics and extended business within AMAC's existing customer base. Led a senior management team with oversight of Business Development, Marketing, and Operations teams.

Provision of strategic planning for business development and marketing for three business lines including the relaunch of the PhoneScreen brand within AMAC's Hospital and Pharmaceutical Solutions vertical serving clients such as Alcon labs and Bristol-Myers Squibb. Identify revenue opportunities with new and existing partners, structure proposals, statements of work, and negotiate terms. Direct oversight of sales and project management for large scale implementations of Hospital and Pharmaceutical programs.Responsible for P&L of 3 business units which included contact centers stateside in NY, Chicago, New Mexico, Connecticut, and Rhode Island, and internationally in Canada and the Philippines.
