I joined WA Police on 17 June 1991. After spending 5 years in general duties policing, in 1997 I qualified as a Detective Investigator and was assigned to the Macro Task Force. This was followed by postings to Joondalup Detectives, the Major Crime Squad and Major Incident Group culminating in my promotion to Sergeant. In 2008 I transferred to Kalgoorlie Detectives where I managed staff through a high number of successful operations and investigations. In 2014 I transferred to Australind Police Station where I have enjoyed leading officers towards the achievement of agreed goals inclduing a significant and sustained reduction in crime in our Policing sub-district.
