As MD / CEO of businesses in the consulting and technology services market he has had experience in a wide set of Geographies, Industries and business situations (start-ups, turnaround, transformation and acquisition).He has lived and operated in the United States, Asia-Pacific, Africa, Latin America and Europe and has a strong and consistent track record of business performance and expertise in critical topics such as leadership, strategy, client management, human capital development and P&L management. Over the last few years, Ian has specialised in consulting around digital business transformation. Since retiring from Avanade at the end of 2018, Ian has worked as a Business Advisor to international firms. and as a Non-Executive Director of Glory Global Solutions.
