Highly experienced Project and Programme Manager and now Head of Projects with over 45 years experience, the last 14 of which have been spent focused on MS Dynamics AX/Dynamics 365 roll-outs and implementations and associated tasks.I have extensive experience of implementing projects from start to finish and troubleshooting implementations which are not running to plan.From very large, multi-site, multi-company implementations to smaller single site projects there is little in the Dynamics 365 (and AX) project world that I have not seen. I have a good knowledge of the product including all aspects of customisation and integration with third parties and I have in depth experience of how to get the best from AX (2009 to Dynamics 365 F&O) and what to avoid during a roll out programme – from end to endI am comfortable operating at board and senior executive level and equally able to work closely with implementation, development and technical teams.I am commercially astute and have extensive team management experience fully understanding the Microsoft AX partner landscape. I recognise the importance of motivating and encouraging both client and supplier side teams during what can often be challenging projects and consider that I have the interpersonal skills to deal with individuals sensitively and positively.I have worked with various versions of AX up to an including the very 365 product set in numerous sectors including Not for Profit, Multi Channel Retail, Finance, Manufacturing, Local and Central Government and Insurance as well as managing infrastructure transformations, desktop upgrade programmes and custom software delivery projects to the above sectors.
