I fell in love with technology at a very young age when I began dismantling spare computers and putting their parts together to make them whole again. This led me down the path of studying computers in my Highschool's Informational Technology program as a rising Junior & Senior. From there I was fortunate enough to land an internship my Senior year in an insurance company's tech department configuring and deploying end user's computers. While on the hunt for where to study my undergraduate degree, I fell in love with Champlain College's IT curriculum. They have what they call an upside down curriculum which focuses on major specific courses early on in your college career to help students determine if that path is right for them. I not only learned technical skills throughout my four years but I honed in on time management and interpersonal skills that helped me succeed in my career. While I was studying my undergraduate degree I was invited back for summer internships throughout all of my four years. I played various hats throughout these years ranging from the buildings help desk, coordinating app testing teams for our Enterprise Win 7 upgrade, and coordinating Disaster Recovery Tests with application teams. Once completed with my undergrad I was offered a full time position on the Project Management Organization Team (PMO) as an IT analyst on the Project Coordinator track. In this role I managed over 150 various IT projects managing resources, timelines, and budgets. This enabled me to increase my facilitation, time management, and technical skills that I continue to use to this day. While on this team we transformed into the Agile Program Office Team (APO) focusing on coaching and teaching the organization on their Agile journey. I was promoted to Scrum Master shortly after carrying out the role of Scrum Master helping to transition a number of traditional waterfall teams to product teams using Agile Methodologies. I loved being able to work with new teams, learn their technology stack, and then mentor a full time Scrum Master aligned to that department to take on the squad. This forced me to get out of my shell and practice my coaching, mentoring & teaching skills.Once the organization was in a good place Agile wise, I made the decision there to change teams to be aligned with the Agile Teams that I was working with at the time in our End User Technology Department in order to become more aligned with my interests (End User Hardware/Software products)When not at work you can find me enjoying the great outdoors (Hiking, Biking, Skiing)

These candidates ranged from students looking to join Liberty for Internships or even full time hires right out of college. These interviews have given me the chance to work on my emotional intelligence, active listening, conversational skills and talent recognition.
