I work as part of a central co-ordinating function with both the Operational Excellence and Audit workstreams of the KPMG McLaren Alliance. The role involves strategy formulation and challenge, implementation of governance processes and initiatives, as well as monitoring performance against operational and financial Key Performance Indicators.Key responsibilities:- Implementing a range of internal and external Alliance-wide projects, including creation of marketing assets and developing/revising governance processes- Providing challenge to Alliance management on areas of material concern to the ongoing performance of the partnership and its constituent workstreams- Facilitating workshops with senior management within Operational Excellence- Preparing business plans, budgets and analysing performance against key metrics- Preparing reports for stakeholders, maintaining risk logs and ensuring interdependencies across the team are identified and managed effectively- Managing day-to-day interaction between KPMG and McLaren Applied TechnologiesKey skills:- Time management and organisation- Prioritisation and delegation of tasks- Understanding of Operational Excellence processes and strategy development- Managing relationships with an array of internal and external stakeholders- Working independently and regular reporting to senior partners
