Over twenty five years’ experience in multinational and blue chip companies in the Oil & Gas/Petrochem/Mining and Agricultural industries with circa 18 years of direct, multi-discipline Project Engineering/ Management through Project phases 1-5, including FEL;Results oriented Chartered Mechanical discipline Senior Project Engineer/Manager;Delivery of green/brownfield construction projects as site based Construction Engineer/Manager and in turnover/completions roles;Working within varied contracting structures ranging from Lump Sum through Reimbursable EPCM in both Client and Contractor organisations;Delivered to the application of international and national standards in UK, Europe/ME, Russian Federation and Australia.Key Skills:• Project management including project definition, contract administration & reporting;• Good understanding of the tendering process; co-ordinating RFP's to market & awarding tenders; • Quality & Risk management;• Preparation of technical/commercial proposals for engineering/capital works projects for competitive tender;• Technical & commercial/contractual clarification and close-out;• Commercial skills to assist cost-estimating, budget preparation and commercial reviews; • Deliver project scheduling, monitoring and reporting to deliver projects on schedule/budget;• Support planning and development of site work activities to achieve project schedules;• Provide technical/design/constructability inputs to the Project/Engineering Design team;• Manage and implement project change through work process redesign and MoC processes; • Good verbal and written communication skills with exposure to personnel management.
