As a Construction Superintendent / Supervisor I have overseen site construction activities for complex and large-scale projects throughout the resources sector. I have managed the day-to-day operations of the construction sites. As the primary point of contact between the contractor and other members of the construction team, I strive to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications whilst maintaining full compliance with HSE Procedures.Managing subcontractors, reviewing schedules, scheduling materials, ensuring safety regulations are followed, and resolving any issues that may arise on the job site are all part of the roles I have undertaken. Additionally, as the superintendent I’ve been responsible for monitoring the project’s progress and communicating regularly with the project manager and other stakeholders.I have a Cert IV in Construction Supervision and a trade background in metal fabrication and welding. I have developed strong competencies in project planning and control, quality assurance, risk management, and stakeholder communication. I have successfully delivered multiple projects involving Oil and Gas, Mining Industry, Refineries, Lithium Processing Plants , and Infrastructure Services , achieving high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
