My role is to implement manage the corporate strategy of the organisation whilst communicating on behalf of the company, with shareholders and government entities.Whilst I continue to develop the short and long term strategy of the organisation with the Managers, it is my responsibility to ensure that these are aligned with the overall corporate strategy and requirements of our owners and shareholders at 1923 Investments. Having a deep understanding of the business this allows the creation and implementation of the organisation’s vision and mission whilst maintaining awareness of the competitive market landscape, development and expansion opportunities and industry developments.I ensure the company maintains high social responsibility wherever it does business and assess risks to the company and ensuring the are monitored and minimised.
