Created new business requirement documents from scratch by referencing regulations and similar product launch experiences in the company, which were used as the main documents for collaboration until their submissions to relevant business authorities for the successful launch of ShopeePay and SPaylater with no post-launch issues.• Analysed overseas credit and e-commerce market and competitors to localize credit products according to local consumer behaviour, business requirements, product structures and pricing. Regulations were met and local transaction/banking fees were lowered by as much as 2% due to market research conducted on the local payment landscape. • Projected key performance metrics by analysing data of similar products performance from launch in over 5 existing post-launch countries, creating a financial model to estimate and evaluate projects’ projected performances and funding/manpower needs over at least the next 10 years. 3 key insights were presented to stakeholders for key decision making.• Collaborated with internal and external stakeholders. Coordinated expansion of credit business in an overseas market by liaising with both regional and local business, marketing, and operation teams to successfully organise meetings according to both countries needs', overcoming cultural work differences and time zone challenges.
