I have 25 years of experience in International Hospitality, my career began with Michelin star chefs and led onto working in every aspect of the Industry. My passion in food & cooking has been a clear constant in my life. In my professional career I recognise the importance of efficiency, organisation and practical ability as key foundations to the success of any food orientated business. Along with a fully functioning kitchen team I am also fully aware of the importance of customer care and the communication required between the BOH and FOH to ensure the experience we provide completes the objective. Throughout my career I have remained at the highest levels and I have been involved in the success of every venture I have immersed myself in. Working for many years in the Caribbean the ability to communicate with many cultures and Nationalities is essential to all my roles. I have always considered myself effective in this department, I lead by example to demonstrate to my colleagues what I expect. Along with working in this idyllic environment there is the logistical aspect which had to be taken into consideration at all times. Meticulous, careful planning was essential and without out this, failure would follow. Organising suppliers, staff and entertainment for guests required constant monitoring and attention to detail was always expected.
