Responsibilities:• Responsible for the Quality Assurance and Quality Control to meet contractual requirements. • Development of the Quality construction Plan to fulfil all the contractual requirements. • Organize and establish a documentary protocol to file and record all correspondence issued and received by the company. • Develop company Inspection and Test Plans, Inspection and Test Checklists to meet contract requirements.• Review and approve subcontractors Inspection and Test Plans, Inspection and Test Checklists.• Manage opening, follow up and closing NCRs. • Ensuring the works are in compliance with the Quality requirements established in the contract. • Manage QA/QC Inspectors (up to 14) to ensure the work are in compliance with relevant specifications, standards and drawings. And completion of ITPs, ITCs and ITRs.• Support the construction team and inform the Site Manager regarding any deviation in quality. • Manage the site Defect Punch List Register and closing out of all sub-contractor defects. • Manage onsite Document Control and make sure the all the contemporary records are updated and properly filed on site. • Determine all the documentation, ITPs, ITCs, Test Reports, Warranty Letters, O&M Manuals to be submitted to the client. • Develop and submit monthly Milestone Quality Documentation and submit to the client for review and approval.• Complete PAC and DAC Procedures and submit documentation to the client for review and approval.• Prepare the weekly and monthly quality updated reports showing all the required KPIs.• Manage Quality and Construction meetings with subcontractors.• Manage the daily Quality morning meetings with Quality Inspection team.

Responsibilities:- Deliver Owners Team requirements specified in the terms of the relevant contract and Owners Team policies and procedures to ensure that these requirements are effectively implemented on behalf of and under the direction of the Site Manager.- Comply with the work site Health, Safety Environment (HSE) and Security policies.- Provide quality discipline expertise to Owners Team construction management and other project personnel as required.- Monitor EPC Contractor performance against the EPC Contract drawings and technical specifications and advise and update Site Manager and Upstream Quality Manager of key quality issues, trends and appropriate mitigating measures.- Manage Site Quality team on day to day activities.Position Duties:Manage Site Quality Engineers and provide day-to-day management of their activities.- Manage and evaluate contractor and project team management processes.- Review and approve Contractor(s) Inspection Test Plans.- Monitor on-going Quality compliance of the Contractor(s).- Monitor and appraise quality control activities at work sites.- Inspect materials and equipment received at work site for defective / documentation deficiencies.- Review compiled construction quality records progressively during construction and up to the final acceptance of the works by the Commissioning team- Participate in site based audits and raise NCR/CPARs where deficiencies are identified.
