Detailed Designing of M&E systems to UK Building regulations, British standards, and guidance documents (CIBSE, Institute of Plumbers, BSRIA etc.) communicated via autoCAD and Revit: Ventilation, Heating, DomesticCold Water, Drainage & Sanitation. Plant Room coordination, lighting strategy etc. Liaising with utilities and developing strategies associated with alterations to supply of infrastructure & supply to sites organising site visits.
