Monitor work areas, ensure company QA, safety procedures and environmental procedure are current and complied with, report any deficiencies or suggested improvements.Monitor employees' work levels, skills, review work performance and identify any training and/or needs. Compile tooling registers, examine tooling for defects, maintain calibration records, test records and reports of thorough examination etc and identify requirements for capital expenditure.Undertake pre-contract & pre-outage site surveys to produce required hours, tooling & manpower levels. Co-ordinate building of site specific tooling for on site overhauls or hiring/procurement of necessary tooling. Requisition materials and supplies, such as tools, equipment, and replacement parts. Compile operational records, such as time and production records, Overnight Stay data, and timesheet records.Monitor tool inventories and the condition and maintenance of shops in order to ensure adequate working conditions. Inspect, test, and measure completed work, using devices such as hand tools and gauges to verify conformance to standards and repair requirements.Organise and maintain equipment stored within the Site Service Unit such that inventory checks can be completed pre & post outage.
