Key Account Manager responsible for managing a portfolio of Key accounts ensuring all matters relating to regulated activity meet with the standards set out by the Financial Conduct Authority.Specialist knowledge in the Motor Industry, responsible for maintaining a sound relationship with large motor groups across the country. Responsible for controlling inherent risks by undertaking in depth intrusive audits into the conduct of network members, providing remedial actions as are appropriate and required and to effectively manage and expand services by providing oversight and support to the network members and Regional Account Managers within my territory.My position as Key Account Manager within ITC Compliance is constantly evolving in line with the guidelines set out by the FCA.

Responsible for providing stock audit services in support of the Asset Finance Motor business stream at over 30 motor dealerships within a specified territory with assets in excess of £40M. Undertake the physical inspection of stock and documentary checks at dealer premises with the principal objective of protecting the Bank’s assets.

Key responsibilities:Make follow up calls on all pending and accepted finance proposals, identifying those ‘at risk’ and ensuring that business is secured to Black Horse Motorcycle FinanceProviding a comprehensive account management support service for designated ‘remote’ dealerships, co-ordinating development activity as requiredDeveloping relationships with designated ‘cold’ target dealers, generating incremental business by phone, fax and postal marketingLiaising with the new business team and the national sales managers to ‘deal model’ cases to maximise the conversion of accepted casesIn conjunction with the field sales teams validate a sales management system. Supporting the objective and maintaining a comprehensive database of all dealers in the territoryReview designated dealers, ensuring that any fall down in performance is identified and appropriate action plans are put in placeIdentify new business opportunities and competitor information – relaying this information to the national sales managers & management team
