I am a strong leader with highly developed management and interpersonal skills from an extensive military career. This experience spanned several management methodologies from an autocratic to a SAFe Agile framework. Embedded within this skill set is a thorough understanding of risk management, emergency response, ongoing staff training and the implementation of security protocols. A career highlight, I spent the 36 months before transitioning out of defence employed on domestic operations, extending from Bushfires, Covid19, NSW Floods etc in operations and planning officer roles.I have a demonstrated ability to foster a culture of safety and compliance while maintaining a vigilant approach to employee challenges. My tenure as an instructor at ab initio establishments spanned multiple postings, requiring a thorough understanding of complex personal and professional issues and their resolution. During these tenures and recently within Contour Advisory, I have been required to provide all administrative and support services to a wide range of employees, including career mentoring and guidance. Much of my responsibility here was ‘back of house’ management of routine company operations.
