NASCAR - 75 Years (Jan 2023-Mar 2022)- Office PA for 2 short films made for NASCAR's 75th anniversary - Both aired on FOX Sports- Assisted producers with any and all pre/post-prod tasks as well as assisting on set for the shoot day. - Assisted the production team with coordinating payroll for crew- Interfaced with costume/art dept vendors. - Coordinated catering vendors for cast/crew breakfasts and lunches - Kept track of the production's spending and organized all W9s, invoices, payroll check receipts, etc. - Organized production's internal folders- Assisted with setups/breakdowns on the shoot day- Assisted the primary producers with all needs on the shoot day
