I am a highly effective, commercially astute, Specification Manager / Business Development Specialist with over 20 years experience (GCP & SIKA) in below ground, podium deck, green and blue roof waterproofing covering the whole of the UK.My current role is split between Business Development Manager and Specification Manager with a nationwide specialist waterproofing contractor. Collaborating with both new and existing clients we develop innovative solutions to deliver solutions in a cost effective manner. As a confident presenter, I developed and present a RIBA accredited CPD to architects, engineers and contractors.My previous experience includes project managing and delivering a bespoke SAP integrated CRM tool across the EMEA region for a US based Insulation manufacturer (Owens Corning) whilst being based in Toledo, Ohio.Also, a specification role in the passive fire protection market where I introduced a new manufacturer to the market and helped a contractor set up a fire protection division winning contracts via the specification route. This followed a series of successful key account management and sales management roles in the building materials distribution markets.
