Terian Capital is a real estate Fund Management Company, that has launched Terian Capital Equity Fund I, LP as an investment platform to support projects under development to be developed by the Affiliated Development Company, #NvisionDevelopment.

Nvision is a real estate development management company that develops a variety of project types including Hotels, Apartments, mixed use, multi-family, commercial and government funded projects. We manage both internal projects and external projects for third party Owners.

In 1996 at Panorama Mountain Resort in the Canadian Rockies I oversaw all construction and development activities, including condo-hotels, commercial, intrastructure, and residential around the award winning Greywolf golf course. Moving to Sandestin Resort, Florida in January 2001, I oversaw all activities outside of the Village of Baytowne Wharf: from residential lot communities in Sandestin's excusive community of Burnt Pine, to the creation of Luau - 2 highrise towers that are very disctictive to the region. In 2003, moving to Orlando, I continued my involvement in Sandestin, but added to my workload overseeing the team for the development of the Village of Imagine - a 1,000 unit, 50,000 SF commercial Village to be built accross the street from the 2nd largest convention center in the US. Anchored by the Westin Imagine (completed in 2008) this project was a partnership between Intrawest and Ledcor Properties.

A family business, we developed a resort community on one of British Columbia's premier resort destination resorts, and repositioned land holdings.
