I spent 7 years working for a private travel and tourism company between 2004 and 2011. My role included event management, logistical planning and marketing of the company. I retrained in 2011 to become a teacher of mathematics and have been working in secondary schools for the past 9 years. I have worked in a number of roles including year head, second in department and am currently a lead teacher in one of the most successful schools in the Sefton area. I have recently left the teaching profession in order to refocus my attention on the children with most need and become a SEND caseworker for Liverpool City Council. I am committed, conscientious and hard working and have always proven to be an asset in the workplace where ever I have worked.
