Responsible for all facets of production and shipments. Provide monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts, and provide weekly feedback to corporate management and accounting . Track KPI's (SQDIP) and implement countermeasures when targets are off track. Set production schedule and make day to day business decisions. Manage a team of 15 (7 office personnel, 8 warehouse employees).
