The scopes developed will take into account long term integrity and reliability of all CNNS asset consisting of 10 offshore installations (7 operated, 2 contracted and 1 in the abandonment phase). It has a wide range of installations from FPSOs to fixed platforms.Manage Shell and Integrated Services Contractor (ISC) resources including but not limited to contract ownership, priority setting, evaluation of performance, coaching, team building and personnel development.Liaise with Shell Legal and Tender department for compilation of ITT Documentation (Invitation To Tender), on to each section of the process to contract award.Establish Project Execution Plan in line with Project Delivery Framework; including Project Setup, Project Execution and Project Close-out.Initiate Project Management Plan for FM Campaigns in CNNS including Integrated Change Control Process and Management Plans for Scope Requirements, Schedule, Cost, Quality, Staffing (Resources), Communications, Risk, Procurement (if required), Issues, Benefits Realisation and Decision Management. Support FM Contract Strategy review and any subsequent tendering process.Manage control and direct resources to prepare, implement and maintain long term asset FM campaign plans that align with maintenance strategies, third party stakeholders, development activities and long term Asset plans. Reflect CNNS Asset differentiated strategy model within the 5 year plans.

Supervising large squad of Blasters / Sprayers / Painters / Insulators and Fire Proofers in Kvaerner Oil and Gas yard in Stavanger Norway for Statoil and Norsk Hydro.All time sheets/expenses, logistics from UK to Norway, HSE issues; Supply of various time served tradesmen to onshore / offshore facilities all over Norway and in the Norwegian sector of the North Sea. Coordinating a medium squad of Filipino workforce, avg p.o.b. 40-60 over a 24 hour period offshore Equatorial Guinea West Africa; UHP & abrasive blasting, spray application of coatings and QC inspection. Surveying various pipelines, tanks and structural work for new projects at clients asking as the project progressed, allocating hours, HSE issues-method statements, J.S.A.’s (job safety analysis), daily progress meeting with client’s Construction Superintendent on a life extension program onboard the FPSO Zaffiro Producer for up to date progress and fault finding reports. Supervising medium sized squad of Polish workforce onboard FPSO off Brindisi Southern Italy. All HSE aspects of rafting inside ballast tanks, spray paint applications, cleaning out of ballast tanks and cargo tanks, toolbox talks, liaising with client on regular basis, all monetary transactions and time sheets; Surveying and costing of cofferdams and HSE issues of working in very tight confined spaces, work pack development for this project.
