Prior to his current role Ian was CFO, and then VP of Business Development for the Sanders Group of Companies. He managed the sales expansion (+100% in one year) of the pre-cast concrete division and subsequent sale to a third party. In addition he secured a land lease with a major Chicago based restaurant, and set up a Lidar based technology operation.Previously he was CFO for the Richard Lassiter/Ed Cebulko Group of Companies, in Las Vegas. Operations consisted of G2 Game Design, a company that develops proprietary skill-based gaming devices for casinos and gaming equipment, as well as Power Gen Components. Power Gen is a "top 1%" manufacturer of high nickel content rotor turbines for GE's international gas turbine business. Previously Ian was CFO for the Elgin Fastener Group - an Audax Private Equity company. Elgin manufactures specialty fasteners for a diverse range industrial companies. In this role Ian successfully managed the acquisition and integration of 4 separate fastener companies.For several years Ian was the CFO for Createc, an international supplier of highly-engineered foam products for the automotive and packaging industries. Ian led a successful company refinancing (debt and equity), the restructuring of manufacturing operations, and then helped lead the sale of Createc to a private equity firm.For 20 years he was a senior financial executive at Eli Lilly where his roles included CFO for Global Manufacturing and Quality, as well as CFO for the Global Information Technology business unit. He co-led the start up of a diabetes education subsidiary in Dallas and managed over 40 biotechnology alliances, including the Lilly/Alkermes inhaled insulin program.Ian qualified as a Canadian Chartered Accountant and is a graduate of Loyola College (Montreal).
