My extensive background is in the Building & Construction Industry both in Australia and overseas having come to that through Banking, Metals Engineering and Paperboard manufacture.During my working career I became both Tertiary and Trade qualified which helps me empathize with both sides of business.I am a Nationally Graded Arbitrator, Expert Determiner, have trained as a Mediator and act as a mentor. I am a member of the Resolution Institute's Determinative committee in Victoria, a panel Arbitrator for the Victorian County Court, run various CPD's and have acted as one of the speakers on Expert Determination in the Building and Construction industry.I have been instrumental in resolving many disputes during my work life, both informally and formally.
