I have over 25 years experience in business environment in Vietnam and SEA and have well developed contacts within all levels of Government and local business and investment communities.I have been appointed a Director of over ten Vietnamese companies and numerous offshore companies in Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Australia, India and the British Virgin Islands mostly acting as a representative of a major shareholder. I presently sit on the boards of Victoria Healthcare, a 100% foreign owned healthcare project in Ho Chi Minh City and t+b solutions, a corporate training company based in Thailand.. I am an advisor to the Board of Intermalt, a company producing and supplying brewers malt in Vietnam to the major industry players in the region as well as advising Rooster Beers, a craft beer company based in HCMC on strategy and operations development.As a consultant, I have provided advice on entry strategy, sourced funding, developed feasibility studies and investment application documents for a number of clients including the leisure and gaming industry, FMCG, healthcare and education sectors. .This included a 7 year advisory role with a major global beverage company. Presently advising a Big 4 on a major beverage processing acquisition in Vietnam.I have a demonstrated experience and capability in all facets of the investment cycle from pre-investment studies to licencing, implementation, construction, operations and divestment. In addition i have worked in developing business opportunities in Thailand, Malaysia and India for a multinational corporation. I have developed a good understanding of supply chain issues and have a established network of contacts within the sector.I would welcome opportunities to assist companies to develop strategy for entry into ASEAN countries with particular emphasis on Vietnam
