I currently lead a team responsible for strategic initiatives, workforce optimization; high-volume, high-performance talent acquisition; understanding and delivering insight on employee and customer experience drivers and opportunities; and guiding workforce policy and practices based on people and performance insights.As part of my current role, I've been hands-on in leading a digital transformation of our talent evaluation and selection process.
