This involved keeping an eye on the sink while completing other tasks, regularly checking the kitchen and bar for dishes, rinsing the dishes that came in, running them through the dishwasher, ensuring they are clean, and then putting them away.Second, I had to cut fries for the next day (evening). This involved inspecting each potato to make sure it was good, and using a fry cutter to cut the potatoes into fries. Depending on the day, I would cut 10-15 5-Gallon buckets worth of fries. Then once they were all cut, I would rinse them. This involved filling the bucket with water and then dumping it. I would repeat this process two more time before filling the bucket with enough water to cover the fries and putting them in the walk in freezer for the next day.Third, I would need to cut buns (morning). This involved manually slicing burger buns in half for the day.Fourth, every shift I worked I would need to maintain the cleanliness of my station via sanitizer and cloths to wipe down counters, sweeping, mopping, and using a squeegee.
