I have an extensive background in the IT field with the opportunity to work on a very diverse set of systems and technologies. I recently took this experience to Intel to work in their demo development team for Intel vPro technology which is their hardware based remote management solution which provides out of band management for Intel computers. I helped create their field image kit which was a combination of multiple VM servers and ISV management solutions like LANDesk, SCCM, Altiris, etc. built for the field sales team to help showcase Intel vPro technologies. In addition I also created demos for trade show and keynote addresses for various events around the world. I handled the logistics of shipping hardware to Intel partners, field sales, trade shows. Previously at Pacific Northwest Title I was the main IT contact handling all aspects of the network and computer systems. This included 20+ Domain Controllers hosting SQL, data storage with NAS and digital document images. Transferring from a PBX phone system to a Mitel VoIP solution with routing spread to 9 branch locations. I was also responsible for all desktop and server images, backups, and virus security using Symantec Corporate Enterprise 10. All printers, copier / scanners, print servers, along with training employees and external customers on MS Office applications and GIS mapping software. Established and maintained many external customer relationships for their network security, desktop problem resolution, software training and mobile device training.Specialties: Active Directory setup, groups, policies.
