Controls 1,175 security forces personnel within 9,600 square mile, tri-state Minuteman ICBM missile complex. Up-channels security situations/covered wagon reports; directs immediate investigation and resolution actions. Provides command/control throughout routine, emergency, contingency and exercise field security operations. Coordinates joint security activities with all wing control centers, leadership, local, state and federal agencies.

Cheyenne, Wyoming Area

Leads 45 security forces (SF) personnel securing 150 remote Minuteman III launch facilities (LF)/five missile alert facilities (MAF) in a 9,600 square-mile missile complex in support of Presidential emergency war orders. Responsible for flight discipline, leadership, and the professional development of all assigned SF personnel. Directs nuclear security certification for upgrade training/Protection Level 1 (PL-1) standardization evaluation.

Mannheim Area, Germany

Performs duties as USACF-E Watch Commander with operational control of all Correctional Cadre. Responsible to the Facility Commander and Senior Corrections NCO for the facility safeguard and security. Escorts minimum and medium custody prisoners to serve sentences in CONUS confinement facilities. Coordinates with 11 agencies in common goal of transferring minimum and medium inmates to the US.

Minot, North Dakota

Controls access/entry for 150 Protection Level 1 (PL-1) Minuteman III launch facilities (LF) & 15 missile alert facilities (MAF) in a 8,500 square-mile region; USSTRATCOM's $5.4B alert nuclear deterrent force. Dispatches security forces (SF) to neutralize threats directed at Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) force. Provides command/control between missile combat crew, wing security control, maintenance & security forces.

Volkel Ab, Netherlands

Responsible to the Superintendent, Security Forces and the Chief, Security Forces for the overall leadership of on-duty custody personnel. Provides overall supervision for posted custodial agents and custodial agents augmentees during normal and contingency operations to ensure continual custody of US weapons. Oversees training for on-duty custody personnel and ensures all posts are manned with qualified individuals. Conducts resource and force protection security checks of administrative, weapons, munitions, funds and classified storage facilities. Maintains liaison with host nation security personnel, conducts and evaluates US and host nation exercises and establishes on-scene command post as required.
