Astra Nova is a company dedicated to providing unique all around training solutions for the Pharmaceutical Industry. We work with over 50 professional trainers around the world, to allow our customers access to a vast database of highly experienced industry professionals. My role in the organisation includes, but are not limited to :- managing company's sales and marketing force- Developing, implementing and directing company's sales strategy to facilitate company's growth- Manage successful business relationships to further develop and improve the International Network of Trainers by Astra Nova- establish and successfully manage partnerships with businesses and organisations in the industry - develop relationships with existing clients, improve service delivery and ensure clients’ expectations are met.

I was employed to develop company's sales team and provide all the necessary industry training to the staff, in order to ensure the successful launch of recently developed products. - Implementing sales and marketing practices - monitor and constantly improve company's results- Development of International Network of Trainer by Astra Nova- Initiate business partnerships with trainers and training companies around the World

The company was establish to call the growing demand for software developement for the Pharmaceutical industry. We have worked with several partner organisation to outsource some or all of the software engineering for various Pharma training solutions and web applications. As a Founder/General Manager of the company, my role was to manage all the processes related to the establishment of the business, ensure its growth and implement all the operational processes and policies, recruiting, training and managing all company employees. Create successful and lasting business relationships.
