o Driving the Global HR Operations and Services agenda within Vodafone Ireland and leading on Global HR activities to deliver them seamlessly to local market.o Employee Relations – Facilitating the Disciplinary and Grievance process, providing procedural guidance to line managers and employees.o HR Data Lead within Vodafone Ireland, ensuring accuracy of all HR data provided to stakeholders. o Representing the local market in Group HR projects and HR data projects o Stakeholder Management, effectively partnering with the HR Leadership team, Business Partners and Centres of Expertise.o Lead on the implementation of changes to HR systems, ensuring engagement between the wider HR team, communicating any relevant changes to employees and providing training where required.o Escalation management - First escalation point for all HR Operational issues, seeking root cause for all issues and identifying improved ways of working.

Quality Assurance Managero Project management of cyclical and adhoc projects.o Development and management of Quality Management System (QMS) for the centre. Working with the analytics team to develop quality forms and database for monthly quality checks.o Develop scoring systems and guidelines for team leads and managers.o Train our team leads on management of quality across each team.o Monitor and carry out monthly quality checks and ensure that corrective measures have been put in place for poor quality cases.o Development and management of a Skills Matrix. o Ensure team leads and managers are trained on maintenance and management of matrix Team Lead o Lead, manage and mentor a team of HR professionals.o Develop team members to deliver to their full potential through effective coaching, recognition, regular feedback and ongoing management of personal development plans.o Review ways of working and implementation of new structures & processes.

o Project Co-ordination and management of ad-hoc projects and activities within the centre and wider business areas.o End to end management of new services as they transition into the centre.o Manage headcount requirements, effectively planning for busy periods.o Providing analysis and reporting, measuring performance, volumes of work and employment costs.o Relationship management with key business stakeholders.o Identifying new and innovative solutions to simplify processes and improve service.o Creating process maps and desktop procedures for new services.o Management of the Purchase Order process and all other ordering of supplies and equipment.o Manage all payments relating to vendors & expenses.
