I am currently a Dual Fual Smart Meter Field Debt Solutions Officer at EON Next, my role includes providing a resolution for debt on customers accounts with EON. I also fit Gas and Electric meters in the role as well as agreeing payment plans with customers and a variety of other responsibilities including making sure customers are safeguarded, disconnecting customers supplies where suitable and a variety of other responsibilities.
