Leadership of a team responsible for:- Distribution strategy across AXA Insurance- Proposition Development- Off-shoring activity- Sales training / focus across AXA Insurance

Reported to the Southern Regional Director and was responsible for the performance of 2 Commercial Insurance Branches - Reading & Southampton- Controlled £90m revenue- Developed the regional intermediary base

Had full responsibility for the profitable performance of branches in two areas - Reading & Basingstoke and Guildford & Camberley (each compromising of 12 branches).

Worked with Abbey for eight years and progressed from Financial Adviser through to Regional Manager. I was promoted every 9 months while with Abbey and became their youngest Branch Manager - and then Area Manager - at the time of appointment
