Reporting directly into the Account Director I am responsible for multiple services across 170+ large format Tesco sites throughout England, Wales and Scotland, having responsibility delivering key P&L lines. I have project managed initiatives and change in areas within the business such as the T&A system, cost control systems, crimsontide system and mobilisation of the contract, a key part of my role is to identify and develop talent both within the company and external candidates, I am also a key contact for our client.Over the last year I have adopted a head of contract role supporting the Account Director on all day-to-day operations.

My area was Somerset where I managed a total of 25 Large format Tesco stores and 25 express sites, responsibilities included, ER, payroll control, standards and managing the clients’ expectations.During my time as SSM/Area Manger I was given additional responsibility of managing additional area for long periods of time within different locations within the UK, I would also deputise for my line manager the Regional Director/Regional Manager.
