EACIIT is a full stack end-to-end solution Big Data analytics, visualization, workflow architecture and applications company. Provided customized solutions utilizing the EACIIT Engine to enable agile digital transformation through workflows, AI, and ML technologies. External tools used include MongoDB, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft DevOPs/VSTS, Jira and many others.  Planned, built, and implemented custom business planning and operations performance improvement applications with over 4500 users for an Oil and Gas supermajor using big data platform. Delivered over $5MM in projects in a 3-year period. Acquired a deep understanding of the clients’ needs and guided the sponsors’/stakeholders’ decisions.  Established standard operating procedures for root cause analysis, regression testing, production deployments, and post deployment cycles. Established systems for estimating, budgeting and billing for all work. Internally implemented Jira agile project management software. Later helped other teams implement as the application was rolled out to the rest of the company. Managed up to 4 projects at a time with up to 17 employees in the US, India, Indonesia and Singapore.

Worked closely with Sr. VP of MWD/LWD & U.S. Operations Manager to continuously improve operations, reliability, and design of tools.  Created & managed Command Center running multi-station analysis magnetic corrections using SURQC and AzCorr. Also ran Compass anti-collision, DigiDrill Command Center, and worked on a variety of research and analysis projects. Played an ever-increasing role in Crescent’s growth from +/- 50MM annually at time of hire to over 200MM Part of a team that increased reliability for five straight years and set records in just about every category of activity and performance in 2014. Reliability in 2015 was 89% better than our lifetime average and 21% better than 2014. Created run history, reliability tracking/reporting, daily reporting, root cause analysis, hand utilization & asset tracking systems. All of these from scratch and with continuous improvements in automaton and functionality over time. Besides the actual accounting system, created nearly all of the MWD/LWD related forms and analytics, primarily through Excel. Consulted with Failure Analysis Coordinator about root cause analysis, memory interpretation & corrective actions. Evaluated current and potential vendors and proposed changes based on reliability and safety. Wrote manuals and tech alerts to notify field and shop hands of pressing concerns and/or changes in policy. Trained, developed, evaluated, and tested field personnel on mud pulse and EM tools.
