Current• Prepare financial, marketing and sales projections with ongoing analyses and reporting• Meet financial objectives by preparing strategic and annual forecasts and budgets, including strategies for increasing ticket sales• Develop and implement marketing, advertising, public and community relations programs• Control purchasing and inventory and develop preferred supplier lists• Maintain operations by preparing policies and standard operating procedures• Maintain customer satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating, and auditing food, beverage and service offerings• Recruit, train, schedule, coach and discipline staff (approx. 30)• Communicate job expectations with staff; plan, monitor, appraise and review job performance, plan and review compensation, enforce policies and procedures• Maintain safe, secure and healthy facilities, including enforcing sanitation standards and procedures, complying with health and legal regulations and maintaining security systems• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by tracking emerging trends in the restaurant industry
