Apart of a four man team that provided 24/7 chemical analyses for continuous casting. Cross training included Met Lab, Tensile Lab, Cold/Hot Billet Inspector, and Production Scheduler.- Hourly spectrometer calibration/maintenance. (ARL ispark, Leco CS744, Bruker G4 Icarus)- Testing and approval of Batches before, during, and after melted/mixed.- On-the-spot production schedule corrections/adjustments.- Overall lab cleanliness and upkeep- Labeling/organizing batch retains for future reference
