Fix Auto UK is a fully-branded franchised accident repair network with over 119 locations repairing in excess of 150,000 vehicles each year . We are focused on maintaining a sustainable and profitable network. Using our ‘working together’ ethos, we achieve this by sharing best practice across our network through dedicated site visits, a monthly network magazine, quarterly regional meetings and an annual national conference. Our sophisticated Fix Auto dashboard connects the entire network together, facilitating benchmarking as well as providing the platform for our electronic Trust Pilot system, which enables the live capture and analysis of each franchise partner's Trust Pilot Score.

Reporting to the Commercial Director and working through Head Office in UK. Responsible for sales revenue forecasts and relationships with key insurance and automotive clients. Responsibilities also include the management of a Key Client Relationship team, a project management team and the negotiation of contracts and pricing proposals.Further responsibilities include representation on the Audatex Advisory Board, Automotive Technical Committee and managing key relationships with strategic joint venture suppliers.

Reporting to the Motor Damage Claims Manager and working through Head Office.Responsible for a Field Force engineering function of 15 FTE’s and approved external suppliers. Key responsibilities were to ensure delivery of planned cost targets, customer service levels and productivity levels, whilst managing a contracted supplier base and service compliance.

Reporting to the Head of Field Force and working through Head Office in Norwich.Responsible for a Field Force engineering function of 20 FTE’s and a claims spend of £60m and an operational budget of £1.2m.Key responsibilities were to ensure delivery of planned cost targets, customer service levels and productivity levels, whilst managing a contracted supplier base and service compliance.

Reporting to the National Network Manager and working through Head Office in Norwich.Responsible for the performance and relationship management of 75 motor bodyshop repair centres throughout the UK. Key responsibilities were to manage a supplier base contract, which provides service standards, quality and lowest cost, managing c£50m.Utilising management information, audit results and repairer composite data to effectively performance manage the supplier base.

Reporting to the Head of Engineering and working through Head Office.Responsible for the control of accident damage claims spend and the technical aspects of vehicle body repair, insurance principles and customer service.
