I designed and developed a web application called Ground2Control. Ground2Control is Resource Management Software for golf courses, schools, universities, parks, councils, sports stadiums - any organisation managing land, grounds, buildings, people, equipment, machinery. It enables companies to manage their facility more efficiently. By measuring what you do, you can see where improvements and efficiencies can be made, plan & cost future projects, justify future plans, build a historic record of how the facility has been/is managed. Total Resource Management.In addition, we recently launched a new Safety Management System to run alongside the Resource Management System. This is a structured and monitored safety system to ensure as far as possible that golf clubs and other facilities/venues identify and maintain safety practices and procedures for all members, visitors and employees using their facilities.Ground2Control is not only suitable for single venues, but has been specifically developed to work with multi-site operations enabling management to compare like for like information across the board. Real time information is available to management at all times improving information and communications within organisations.
