I worked with i2 media on a range of projects combining eye tracking and behavioural science to provide insight and solutions for clients. Projects included: Conducted research on driver attention and safety for the DVLA. Evidencing the negative impact of texting while driving. Worked for major social media companies to understand 2nd screen viewing habits.

This research informed store layout, customer experience, point of sale, pack design and pricing strategies. Regularly ran in store research.For FMCG goods increased sales from 10% - 60% applying behavioural principles (biases) at POS.Increased charitable donations by 17% for a large national charity, by adjusting fundraising letters.

Delivered market research projects for clients across the public sector and charitable sectors using quantitative and qualitative methods.

I managed Clubs that Count, a programme capturing and evidencing the the value of the work of professional sports clubs community initiatives. Working with professional football, rugby and cricket clubs in the UK. This was funded by the Dept of Health Social Marketing Unit.

I worked project managing several international programmes using sport to engage and educate. Programmes included Premier Skills, a partnership between the Premier League and the British Council and Dreams & Teams, the pre-cursor to the London2012 Internationa Inspirations.

Working with the worlds largest sexual health charity I conducted social marketing research to launch new condom brands in Lesotho, Tanzania and Eritrea.

I worked as a fundraiser for an international educational non-profit who promote the importance of empathy and conversation in understanding other cultures and perspectives. Post 9-11 in New York this was very meaningful work.
