Monitor the results and maintain up to date records.Maintain and develop constructive, positive relationships with industry and FPS external bodies, especially in the field of H, S, Q & E.Maintain and extend Business Unit registrations with 3rd party training and accreditation bodies.Represent the Company at Progress and other project meetings.Liaise constructively and effectively with Client and Main Contractors representatives.Be responsible for the collation and regular publishing of Business key performance indicators

The introduction of and preparation of Construction Health & Safety plans and method statementsThe implementation and development of Risk Assessments within the group Responsible for the recording, reporting and investigation of accidents within the group, preparation of reports, make recommendations and formulate action plans to prevent reoccurrence.Carry out site safety inspections and audits Liaison with clients and principal contractors in project safety mattersActs the Planning Supervisor in projects where Cardinal acts as Client and / or Principal ContractorProvide advice, guidance and interpretation on all Health & Safety matters to Senior management, site managers and staff at all levels
