I am a Capability Manager in the Post Irradiation Examination (PIE) environment with over 35 years experience of PIE on Water Reactor, CAGR and Naval fuels and remote handling in Hot Cells.I have over 15 year’s experience in team/line management of Technicians, Scientists and Technical Leads.I am responsible for the delivery of a multi £million PIE programme working across complex multi discipline teams dealing with Customers, Regulators, Technical Leads, Project Management and Financials leads, Maintenance teamsI am extensively involved in the design of new equipment and test rigs to ensure they are operable in the Hot Cell environment, principally with MSMs
