Responsible for overseeing stabilized, lease-up, disposition and repositioning assets in the Bay Area and Portland . Currently managing over $65MM in value add projects, ensuring returns and costs are meeting business plan. Additionally responsible for reporting to ownership on renovation projects and cash flow projections. Past projects include building current budget model; thru this model we increased the accuracy of the NRI portfolio-wide to under 0.6% and GRIV to within 0.2% of budget. Oversee the Business Intelligence team and over the past four years have rolled out SAP Business Objects to the company -- greatly improving transparency into portfolio performance.
