B&R Productions was formed in 1998 to produce new writing and contemporary classics. Re-locating to the south coast in 2002 we have developed a significant track record providing arts consultancy and mentoring services. We work with local authorities to deliver regenerative cultural infrastructures; with businesses to support creative innovation and with writers, musicians, performers and arts leaders on a one to one basis, to support creative practice alongside organisational resilience and growth. AudioActive deliver widely accessible projects that use music to support young people and emerging artists in reaching their potential. Creative Crawley is an arts charity working to support, produce and present high quality arts and cultural activity in Crawley, West Sussex. Working in partnership with local, national and international artists, local businesses and other key stakeholders in the town and beyond.As Strategic Partnership Consultant I represent Creative Crawley in conversations and discussions with key stakeholders about cultural infrastructure development in the town, advising the the organisation on its strategic development and supporting its business planning.

In April 2023 I was delighted to become co-chair of Playground, a unique and innovative programme of high-quality creative activity for babies, young children, and their families. Promoting the importance of creative play and delivered by a team of multi-disciplinary artists in a variety of venues across Kent, Playground is an Arts Council Portfolio Organisation led by Kent County Council's Culture and Creative Economy Service (CCES) and Libraries, Registration and Archives (LRA). Playground promotes the importance of creative play between parents, carers and their children, and the positive impacts that it brings in terms of strengthening parent-child bonding, social and communication skills, and supporting school readiness. The development of Playground artists and library staff is supported through a strong programme of professional and personal development, with access to many national and international mentors who are highly experienced in this area.

In 2016 B&R Productions were commissioned by Eastbourne Borough Council to deliver on their proposal for Devonshire Collective. With the existing Leaf Hall Community Arts Centre and Royal Hippodrome Theatre as associate venues, three empty retail units along Seaside and Seaside Road were converted into a cafe and gallery space, workshop and maker spaces and studios. B&R Productions worked closely with Eastbourne Homes and Eastbourne Borough Council to transform these spaces with additional support from Devonshire West Big Local, Locate East Sussex and Coastal Communities Fund.
