This role had a major focus on responding to future and current training needs through the feedback received through industry consultation. designing suitable training plans for organisational training and establishing clear training schedule with clients that addresses needs and expectations.In addition within each program I would be required to monitor and evaluate program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them.

This role intakes focusing on providing solutions to organisations pains and bottlenecks to optimise current practices. The role ranges from up-skilling trade assistants to be able to achieve company's goals and objectives to providing leading hands, Supervisors and Management with the tools to be able to lead & manage teams performance. Specifically by minimising the 7 Wastes of lean and minimising variations in process and quality output.

Set up or operate various types of printing machines, such as offset, letterset, presses to produce print on paper or other materials. The role required a number of tasks including; Inspect and examine and monitored printed products for print clarity, color accuracy, conformance to specifications, and external defects. Making Decisions and Solving Problems — Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems. Repairing and Maintaining Mechanical Equipment — Servicing, repairing, adjusting, and testing machines, devices, moving parts, and equipment that operate primarily on the basis of mechanical (not electronic) principles. Inspecting Equipment, Structures, or Material — Inspecting equipment, structures, or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects. Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates — Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
