As MD of Mineware Consulting - our family business that is now all grown up - my job is to keep my eye on the big picture while making sure that all the day-to-day moving elements are in place. Strategic leadership plays a vital part of this role, as does staying flexible and open to learning new skills. Collaboration and team effort are key. My strategic business skills also come into play in the entrepreneurial field, and I have consulted with a number of startups in order to crystalize vision and mission, and secure funding. I am a self-starter, motivated, enthusiastic and open to challenges in life and in work.
