As a small business owner, I am adept in networking with artists and customers; planning, executing and overseeing projects; as well as organizing and running events. A lifelong passion for the entertainment industry drives the delivery of unwavering follow-through, organization, and valuable analytical thinking skills necessary to complete a multitude of projects. A long history of tending bar has given me great front-of-house people skills, patience, and understanding of POS systems. I recently made the move to Los Angeles from Chicago in 2020 where I lived and worked in both the service and film industry for 16 years. Although the pandemic brought about the decline of my lighting business, those years of experience taught me valuable lessons about leadership and business ethics. I pride myself on being a very personable, energetic, and friendly person with a natural gift of gab which I've found comes in quite handy in the world of customer service.
