Watercraft safety, hiking to remote sites, navigating shifting weather conditions.Administrative Skills: Fieldwork planning for 60+ lake sampling sites, implementation of quality control program, documentation of vehicle usage, remote site navigation, gear maintenance, data entry, and management.

In my current role as a Sales Specialist for REI, I provide excellent service for our members often listening to and creatively resolving customer concerns while navigating internal procedures.- I serve as the longest-tenured cashier in the store and frequently assist with difficult transactions and returns in an efficient and friendly manner.- I assist with online order fulfillment and inventory management including semiannual inventory counts to ensure our products are accurately cataloged in our digital inventory and that customer orders are shipped correctly and quickly.- I supported our social impact program by identifying local nonprofits in Whatcom County that could be eligible for grants and other support.

This involved coordinating flights, lodging, meals, accessibility equipment rentals, ground transportation, interpretation, and complicated itineraries to ensure that everyone was able to participate meaningfully and return home safely.
