Ian completed his articles at Welby Steward, a founding firm of BDO Spencer Steward whilst completing night studies at the University of Cape Town. After a secondment with BDO Binder Hamlyn in London and overseas travel, he returned to Cape Town. Ian became a partner in 1990 and became the managing partner in 1999.Ian enjoys adding value and assisting clients to improve their businesses and processes. He has vast experience in start-ups, property, franchises, manufacturing, farming and hospitality.
