Joined this complex programme in its latter phase to stabilise delivery and align the technical team within the Digital function in preparation for Go-Live. Workstreams within the Digital Function included Integration, Data Migration, End User Device Deployment, Technical Dress Rehearsal (TDR) and Go-Live planning. Following a successful Go-Live, owned the delivery of multiple workstreams to stabilise and plan system optimisations in addition to delivering the technical preparation for the opening of a new Cancer Centre.Key achievements:• Turned the programme status around in first three months, enabling the original committed go-live date to be achieved through building trust relationships quickly between IT and the clinical team, tightening governance and controls and providing greater transparency to senior stakeholders• Effectively managed all EPIC EPR integrations with Trust systems and 3rd parties via Trust Integration Engine (TIE)• Using highly controlled risk-management techniques, oversaw the safe execution of the Data Migration teams activities to load data into the EPR system using Epic’s In-House methodology• Ensured all End User commitments were met, including device deployment, network and power requirement delivery - understood the clinical schedule and drove technical teams to meet deadlines for delivery.• Planned and delivered the Technical Dress Rehearsal activities across the whole Trust – circa 4000 PCs plus integration and data migration cutover• Led and orchestrated the go-live, including subsequent hyper-care (floor-walking, issue management)• Managed the subsequent EPIC related IT implementations for new hospital wing including liaison with senior clinical teams and coordination across the technical delivery teams

Managing a RIS/PACS deployment for a Private Healthcare Group. The project included a new RIS and PACS solution with a VNA with deployment to 31 hospitals nationally. - Headed a team of 20 on national replacement of a Radiology Information System (RIS) and Picture Archive Communication System (PACS), at 31 UK private radiology departments - Executed the £2.5M deployment, with 8 parallel site deployments rolling throughout, working with client and third parties, creating contracts and handling all financial, risk and issue management- Oversaw infrastructure build and network connectivity for fully resilient Production, DR and Test systems and integration of new system components and legacy systems - Managed design and implementation of a major complex data migration for patient records and images that ran throughout the duration of the programme- Generated repeatable processes for site deployment activity with iteration for continued performance improvement and transitioned the solution into service - Fully participating member of Programme Steering Group- Responsible for financial management of the Programme
